RFP 2023-12 Office Redesign

The Children’s Trust is in the process of defining how the new work environment should be designed to be most effective and efficient. The redesign will offer a flexible environment to allow individual and team workspaces to easily transform to different configurations and be repurposed for larger meeting spaces. The new space should promote communication and collaboration among teams while providing an open, transparent and flexible workspace. 

IMPORTANT DATES:   

• Solicitation Release Date: March 21, 2023
• Deadline for Submission of Questions: April 4, 5 p.m. EST (Click HERE to view Q&A)
• Proposal Due Date/Time: April 11, 5 p.m. EST
• Debriefing Meeting: April 19, 8:30 a.m - 10 p.m. EST - Location: The Children's Trust 3150 SW 3rd Ave Floor 8, Miami, FL 33129 (Training Room).

Respondents must answer all RFP questions using the PDF Template and submit the Budget. Completed documents must be submitted to officeredesign@thechildrenstrust.org no later than the aforementioned due date and time.

Questions regarding the Office Redesign solicitation must be submitted via email to The Children's Trust at officeredesign@thechildrenstrust.org. Answers to questions of a non-technical nature that are submitted to The Children’s Trust will be posted to the Q & A link above no later than 48 business hours after receipt. Applicants are encouraged to visit the page frequently to review answers provided in response to questions received.

Based on the evaluation of submitted proposals/demonstrations, the Review Committee has recommended Empire Office for contract award. A negotiation meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on May 19, 2023 in the Training Room at The Children's Trust (3150 SW 3rd Avenue, 8th Floor, Miami, FL 33129).
